Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The service was unbelievably slow, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in actually helping or acknowledging customers. We were left waiting around for ages, had to chase staff for basic things, and felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

The food was nothing special either, especially considering the prices. What should have been an enjoyable meal was completely ruined by the poor service and lack of attention.

Really disappointing and definitely not somewhere I would recommend. There are plenty of restaurants where you can spend your money and actually feel valued as a customer.

We were out for a family meal here recently the food was average at best but as for the service that was unacceptable. A very ignorant female waitress that actually threw out cutlery on the table after we finished our starters. We also had to wait for a long long time for our food this was for both Takaway and sitting in. The girl should not be allowed work in the hospitality sector.

The food was AMAZING I've been to phoinex court a lot and the service was really good.The atmosphere was also good, there's flowers and more flowers outside the window, there's even a mint bowl where u can take a mint if u want.There's also very good looking mirrors at the walls and led lights,the seats were very comfortable too!
